Black Girls Rock!
So I watched Black Girls Rock! last night and I must say that I am happy that I did. I have been watching the special ever since it started a couple years ago. I love the positive energy, the love, the encouragement that the show gives. It makes me happy to see the accomplishments of other Black women towards the greater good. It also makes me wonder what else I can do. There are still things that I know I want to do to help my community and other communities & I think f it as a blessing to see Black women going for it all. It just proves that when you stop makes excuses and do it that anything can be done.
There’s nothing like meeting someone you have only known via a social network in person. I have been talking with her for over a year and she’s such a sweet and intelligent woman. Loved meeting her in real life.

This was yesterday. I was feeling pretty. Also, Step Crew Ent. is an organization started by a friend of mine for youth with the motto “Service First, Step Next.” I support them fully. Also (again haha), I wear my graduation ring on my ring finger. I considered not doing that because it can look like I’m married but I figured until it’s time I have an engagement ring and a wedding band then that is where my graduation ring will stay.

What do you all (women & men) consider being “significant” to offer a man? I was having a conversation with a friend and she felt like she didn’t have anything significant to offer but all the things she listed were material items. So that let me to question what then is significant to offer a man as for being in a relationship?

Today I have my locz a hot oil treatment, and I hardly ever put oil in my locz. I also tightened my hair. I’m considering styling my hair in a little bit— Perhaps.
